Council Leaders Represent Well at Louisiana Labor Breakfast

Three Central South leaders represented the Council well recently at a Labor Breakfast in Baton Rouge. Council Representatives Chad Woods and Emanuel Mitchell were joined by Local 1098’s Vice President Joseph M. (T-Boy) Ardoin, Jr.  at the event.

They also heard from and met Governor Jon Bel Edwards, who gave a positive message and praised labor for its efforts to help uplift the income and quality of life for Louisiana’s working class.

The event was held at the Laborers Union Hall and was attended mostly with Building & Trades representatives, plus other union groups such as postal workers and teachers.
